Senior Architect that wants to be an Associate

This is a large Architectural practice. But in Birmingham, they're still forming after three years of establishing themselves in the Midlands. 

You will be joining a commercial team of no less than 12. There is an established Director running things, but there is no clear number two, and no Associate in this team. This is where you step in. 

They need project leadership from stage 0 - 2 initially with your project involvement going right through to stage 7. 

Don't worry though you won't just be dumped at the helm of a big project and given a pat on your back after stage 5 then shoved onto the next job. They're very aware that you'll want to be an Associate soon and this could happen within 6 months including a pay rise and further benefits to be had once in Senior Management. 

They use Revit, but you don't have to. They'll teach you everything you need to know.
