Architectural Technician

Experienced Architectural Technician required to join an award winning, medium sized architectural practice based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

The practice boast a diverse portfolio and an enviable list of clientele throughout the Midlands region. Sectors worked within include; Education, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Healthcare. As an Architectural Technician, you will ideally have a varied background in terms of project sizes, value and sectors, and will have at least 4 years of post degree experience.

Due to an influx in workload, the practice are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join a friendly and talented architectural team, with particular impetus on the Education and Hospitality sectors. Clear progression routes mean you will be presented with the opportunity to develop in to more senior level positions in the not too distant future.

Vectorworks is the predominant software package used, so prior experience and applied use of the package would be highly beneficial, however training can be provided where necessary.

A generous salary and benefits package will be on offer to the successful applicant, which will include the following:

* Salary in the region of £28,000 - £36,000 per annum
