Project Architect (AJ100)

Recently Qualified Architect or Project Architect required to join a National, AJ100 Architectural practice based in Manchester city centre. This practice comprises of offices throughout the UK. They are able to offer exposure to projects of varying sizes both locally and on a national scale. This thriving firm of Architects are now looking to bolster their Manchester team with the addition of a talented and ambitious Architect at either Recently Qualified, or Project Architect level.

As an Architect within this office, you will be presented with the opportunity to work on notable projects, both within Manchester and throughout the UK. The company as a whole operate in a broad variety of sectors, however the current project pipeline in Manchester is within the Residential sectors. Typically this includes Large-scale Residential Masterplans, Assisted living, Private housing and Urban regeneration.

The practice has an esteemed track record of supporting Architects in their progression from Recently Qualified level through to Senior and Associate level. Many of their existing Senior team have been here for 10+ years. This is a destination practice.

Key responsibilities of the Architect will include the following:

·Managing projects. As your role here develops this will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously.
·Produce high quality outputs at across all RIBA design stages.
·Concept design production from briefing information
·Development of Masterplan & building plans and elevational & sectional models using REVIT & AutoCAD.
·Attending site and client meetings .
·Post production work using Photoshop.

Skills & qualifications required for this role are as follows:

·ARB/RIBA Registration/Chartership (No more than 5 years post-qualification experience)
·Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & REVIT, alongside Photoshop, Indesign and the Adobe creative suite.
· Have previous experience working within the Residential sector.
·Be well organised, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and be enthusiastic towards your work

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary likely to be in the region of £30,000-£36,000 per annum (dependant on experience), alongside a generous benefits package.
