Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a well-established construction company on a permanent basis in Surrey.
As the selected Architectural Technician, you will prepare full, technical architectural packages on a number of residential projects. You will create and update standard technical details as well as creating as built drawings.
Key skills and experience:
- Strong background in preparing technical architectural packages
- Extensive experience working on traditional build residential projects
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Knowledge of relevant building regulations and NHBC standards
