Architectural Technician / Technologist (Intermediate)

Conrad Consulting are welcoming applications from Intermediate level Architectural Technicians and Technologists for a new, exciting position based in Bolton.

This medium-sized design studio are on the lookout for either an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to join them as they enter a particularly busy period through 2019 and 2020. They are not specialised into one design sector. Their experienced, multi-disciplinary team of Designers and Technicians work on projects within the following sectors: Residential, Education, Healthcare, Industrial and everything in-between.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years practical experience working in a similar role and will live within a commutable distance of Bolton Town Centre. They will be expected to "hit the ground-running" by producing technical information to a high standard.

In order to be considered for this position we would hope for candidates to meet the following criteria:

·Hold a relevant Architectural Qualification (HNC, HND, Degree).
·Minimum 2 years practical experience (UK-based preferred).
·A proven ability using AutoDesk software. AutoCAD or REVIT.
·A varied-sector background is preferred, however all backgrounds will be considered.
·Ability to produce technical information for use within a wider team of technicians & designers.
·Effective communication skills. Both written and Verbal.

A competitive salary is on offer between £28,000 - £34,000.
