Senior Project Architect (High-End Residential)

Conrad Consulting are proud to work alongside a unique, Cheshire-based design studio in their bid to recruit an experienced, Senior Project Architect on a full-time permanent basis.

Operating from two offices (London & Cheshire), this company have earned a stellar reputation as a leader within their field. Typically this is the design and implementation of prime Residential units throughout the UK, primarily on behalf of wealthy families in both Cheshire and across the South-East region. Their portfolio comprises a selection of Countryside estates, London Townhouses and Urban Penthouses,a ll of which are designed with a particular attention to detail and a sensitivity to their surroundings. This is a key component that helps separate them from their competition.

Having established a successful business and experienced considerable growth over the past year, there is now an opportunity for a Senior Project Architect to join the design team within their modern design studio in Altrincham, Cheshire.

Key requirements of the Senior Project Architect include:

·RIBA/ARB Qualified Architect.
·10 years post-qualification experience.
·Vast experience within the high-end Residential sector, with portfolio to demonstrate this.
·Knowledge/experience of working on listed buildings.
·A good understanding of Classical Architecture and Classical Interior Detailing would be beneficial.
·Experience managing a small team of Architects and Technicians would be advantageous.
·Client facing experience is essential for this role.

In reward, the successful candidate here will be offered the opportunity to work on several large-scale commissions throughout the Cheshire region. They will placed at the forefront of an innovative design studio and asked to perform under pressure and deliver to an incredibly high standard.

Salary: £55,000-£70,000 plus benefits
