Architectural Technologist

Conrad Consulting are working with an outstanding Design Consultancy based in Kenilworth that require a forward-thinking Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

This practice has been successfully providing creative and professional design solutions for nearly 40 years, with Architectural staff collaborating with Interior Designs, Graphic Designers, Masterplanners, Project Managers and more. Their project portfolio is varied, including Residential, Retail and Education projects, however they predominantly work on Leisure sector projects.

This position is best suited to an Architectural Technician with at least 3 years of industry experience, that is looking to climb the career ladder and progress. You will be working in a busy and fast paced environment therefore you must be an ambitious, dedicated Architectural Technician with real willingness to learn. Other requirements of the Architectural Technician include:

·Job running experience on a variety of building types (desirable)
·Confident in client facing roles
·Ability to manage time on multiple projects
·Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
·Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
·High level of Architectural detailing skills
·Professional and proactive attitude
·Full UK/EU Driving Licence

Salary offered for this role is between £26,000 - £34,000 depending on experience, plus generous company benefits!
