This highly-respected Developer is currently looking for an ambitious Senior Architect to join their highly successful in-house team. You will be joining the team at senior level and therefore should have gained c.8-10+ years of experience in creative design-led studios. The ideal candidate should have an interest in working on a variety of high profile residential and hospitality schemes, with an emphasis on exceptional design quality. You will be working closely with a number of multi award-winning architectural studios and will be the direct point of contact between them and the developer. You will be assessing the quality of their designs as well as providing your own creative input, therefore a sophisticated level of aesthetic and technical sensibility is key to the role. If you feel that you have strong design/technical skills as well as excellent client facing skills and a strong expertise in current trends and contemporary materials, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
