Architectural Techncician - Private Housing

Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a luxury property developer based in the heart of Cheshire are working to source the additional resource of an experienced and well qualified Intermediate/Senior Architectural technician.

This company has long been established as one of Cheshire's, and the North Wests leading Design consultancies with an enviable list of clients in Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Prestbury and surrounding areas. Predominantly covering designs within the High-end residential & hospitality sectors, it is essential for candidates to have specialised within these design areas to succeed here.

Supporting both the Architectural and Interior Design teams here you will be responsible for supplying detailed technical drawings to a quick turn-around. The planning and preparation of construction drawings alongside interior detailing skills are also required in order to meet the full requirements of the role.

Applicants should:

* Have a minimum of 3 years of UK based project experience.
* Be comfortable using AutoCAD (REVIT is desirable).
* Have previous experience working within the High-End Residential sector.
* Possess Knowledge and experience of coordinating technical information.
* Be able to produce working drawing packages with minimal supervision.

Salary - £27.5k-£37.5k
