Confident All-Rounder required for Office Manager Position for Upcoming Architecture Practice
A young and upcoming award-winning Architectural Studio seeks dynamic and quick-thinking Office Manager to join their team! This a perfect opportunity for a dedicated individual to join the team during a very exciting phase, assisting in the development of key operations to ensure the studio runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
As the sole Creative Support staff your remit will include administrative and project-based support to the wider team. You will also be overseeing a wide breadth of HR needs – onboarding new starters, managing personnel records and keeping accurate records of staff sickness and holiday. Strong finance skills are also vital as you will be managing budgets is essential, alongside invoicing, project expenses, financial forecasting, expenses, and managing daily office costs will be a critical part of the role. Knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks is key!
A diverse role, marketing duties will also be required as you will managing social media channels, updating the website, preparing award submissions and coordinating events.
The successful candidate will be familiar with holding a Management position in a creative environment. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office is pivotal with a solid skill-set in Photoshop and InDesign.
