Project Resourcing Manager for Iconic Design Firm

An iconic and world leading architecture and design firm who are known for their culture and workplace practices is looking to hire a Project Resourcing Manager.

The purpose of this role is to build an agile process for staffing project teams with suitable designers and skill requirements across the studio.

Responsibilities will include pipeline planning, recruitment, planning and strategy, as well as supporting strategic goals and project accounting within the studio.

This role will require you to build and maintain strong relationships across different teams. You will have strong resource planning or project management experience within a fast paced, project led environment (ideally within architecture / design). You will have a comprehensive understanding of resource planning and methodologies and have knowledge and awareness of architectural projects and design work stages. This role requires a strategic, methodical and critical thinker who is able to maintain calm in a pressurised and fast moving environment.
