Head of Masterplanning

One of the East's top multidisciplinary practices is now set to make the strategic appointment of a 'Head of Masterplanning' to lead its talented team of Urban Designers & Architects, based in a very successful Norfolk office.

Applicants will demonstrate experience working on a variety of UK-based urban design & masterplanning projects of varying scale, a high level of commercial acumen and the ability to challenge the status quo of large scale residential design. You will be the main point of contact for all clients and receive a 'live' portfolio of confirmed business.

Key Responsibilities:

• To grow & develop the existing client portfolio - business development skills/experience is highly desired. Those with strong client facing skills who are ready to progress in to a strategic role will be considered.
• Deliver innovative and thought leading project work on new & existing schemes
• To challenge the status quo of social/housing developments to ensure innovation and market positioning of the practice
