Senior Architect

Senior Architect required to spearhead projects within the Living Sector for an award winning Architectural Practice based in North East Leeds!

Having garnered a reputation for delivering sustainable and striking design concepts, our client are now looking to add to their talented team of Designers. We are looking for an ARB registered, Chartered Architect with at least 5 years post RIBA part 3, experience preferably with some previous exposure to projects within the Residential sector.

Requirements of the Senior Architect:

*RIBA/ARB Registered Architect with between 5 - 10 years post qualification experience
*Practical design experience within the Living sector including Social and Private sector housing, Extra Care and Care schemes
*An excellent approach and attitude toward high quality design solutions
*Technically competent designer who has experience of projects from inception to completion
*Ability to undertake sketch/feasibility schemes to assess site viability
*IT literate in terms of all current computer packages and presentation software (AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop)
*Excellent hand-drawing, illustration and presentation skills

Salary offered is between £35,000 and £38,000 depending on previous experience, plus generous benefits.
