Your new company
Our Client are a Planning Consultancy who are looking to take on a Town Planner to work within their experienced Planning Team. They deal with a wide variety of new build and refurbishment projects and these include new build housing for Developers and individual Clients, listed buildings, rural projects and care/nursing homes.
The services offered are varied and range from planning applications and appraisals, local plan representation, design and access statements to appeals and enforcement.


Your new role
The role will involve dealing with your own caseload of planning applications and appraisals including liaising with Clients and Local Authorities and research work as well as working with the qualified team on larger more complex applications.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally recently RTPI qualified or working towards chartered status, you should be a team player with good communication skills who is keen to develop your planning career within the private sector. Due to the location of many sites you will need a full driving licence and possess your own transport.
