Your new company
My client is a multiple award winning RIBA chartered Practice based just outside Chichester. This medium sized practice undertake work across a wide variety of sectors with recent and current projects that include a hospice development, six unit residential development, primary school and commercial building in Chichester.

Your new role
Due to recent projects being in a much progressed state, there is immediate need for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist to join their current team. You will have the opportunity to see projects (Currently Residential, Education, Healthcare and Commercial) through from inception to completion, working with consultants, planners, developers and other key clients to ensure smooth project delivery, whilst liaising with the rest of your co-workers which include Architects, Directors and Assistants. Candidates that are comfortable either client facing or being more office based are welcome to apply, thanks to the degree of job role flexibility offered by your current employers culture and forward thinking nature.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are able to work independently and produce a set of working construction detailed drawings in AutoCAD. Any candidates with Revit knowledge would be highly sought after. Whilst a qualification in either Construction or Architecture is not necessary, it is essential that you have had previous experience working on similar projects or in a similar role. You should be a positive and outgoing team player with enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, demonstrable through diligence and a meticulous nature.
