Architectural Technician with Revit skills required for small city centre design practice.
Your new company
This 12 strong Architecture practice is based in Manchester City Centre, close to Deansgate, and has been busy building up a reputation for quality residential, student accommodation and commercial office schemes across the region. They have a solid client base, and are investing in the future of the practice by appointing an Architectural Technician to help lead current projects through to completion.
Your new role
You will be working on projects from planning stages through to completion, and will have jobrunning responsibility. You will be producing technical details and construction information for build, and will be liaising with contractors, clients and other stakeholders. Projects vary from £0.5m up to £10m, and the work is a mixture of new build and refurbishment - including commercial, residential, and some conservation projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced architectural technician or technologist with a sound understanding of UK building regulations, and previous experience of working through all relevant project stages on sizeable schemes. You will need to have good Revit skills, and will have used the software in a previous job to deliver projects.
