Multi-Award Winning Architectural Practice seeks Enthusiastic and Sparky Project Administrator
Fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful team as a key member of the team in a fast-paced and exciting role. You will be working with Associates and architectural team members to provide technical and administrative support. You will also be ensuring quality assurance and smooth running of practice’s projects.
Key responsibilities will include, developing systems and protocols as required, attending weekly meetings, providing further ad-hoc administration tasks, PA duties, and support activities as and when needed, proof-reading, formatting, and creating documents, reports, and presentations and managing project archiving. Other duties will also include, collecting and collating project expenses and undertaking timesheet administration, and liaising with the Finance team.
Previous industry experience is essential, alongside wonderful verbal/written communication and listening skills. Alongside excellent IT skills and fantastic attention to detail. Ideally, the successful candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role.
