Junior CAD Technician

A thriving Property consultancy set in the heart of London are seeking a Junior CAD Technician to join their Building Contractor's in-house design team.

They own over £500 million worth of property under management and have nearly three decades of experience. A strong understanding of the London market in combination with their growing portfolio in the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors make this an ideal place for a Junior candidate to join and thrive.

Priding themselves on treating each one of their client's properties as if it were their own, their aim is to build trusting and loyal relationships.
The right candidate will have a proven knowledge and understanding of the built environment, either an Architecturally related qualification or professional experience in an Architectural environment. You will be office based and supervised, working in a small team. There are even some occasional site visits.

Producing technical/architectural drawings for residential and commercial construction projects. The right calibre of candidate will be able to earn £23,000 to £30,000 (DOE).
Requirements:

• Bachelors degree qualification in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
• Relevant UK experience in an Architectural practice or Construction related firm
• Minimum 2+ year experience using AutoCAD in a professional setting
