Technical Project Lead with Vectorworks

An award-winning boutique studio is looking for a technically capable architect with high-end residential and adaptive reuse experience to join their growing team. With a high quality portfolio of private and developer-led contemporary residential refurbishments, you will have the opportunity to run schemes of varying scale across design and delivery. This studio would suit someone who has a keen eye for quality design, enjoys working meticulously through bespoke detailing and who is eager to join a growing studio in west London.

Key Responsibilities

• Running a small team on a number of exciting London-based residential refurbishments, both private one off and multi unit developer-led.

Skills and Experience

• Fully qualified Part III with proven UK London residential experience.
• Ideally experience with listed conversion, facade retention and basements.
• Client facing and job-running experience from RIBA stages 0-7.
• From a design-focused background with an existing portfolio of high quality contemporary housing schemes.
• Excellent command of Vectorworks, Sketchup and Adobe Suite.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
