Your new company
A 5 star house builders are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to become part of their Northamptonshire based team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- making alterations and amendments to standard house types
- managing consultants to bring together the design packages for a developments
- producing materials and conveyance plans
- providing information to the NHBC in order to clear building control.
- dealing with site queries
- attending sit progress meetings
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience within a very similar role and you must be AutoCAD proficient. Experience of working within a House Builders is a necessity.
What you'll get in return
You will relieve a competitive annual salary which is negotiable based upon your experience, along side a company car.
