Job-Running Architect (Residential)

Unique opportunity for an aspiring Architect to join one of Cheshire's fastest growing Architecture & Construction companies in a Senior, Job-Running role on a selection of diverse and interesting projects.

This specialist company have recently undergone a significant restructure and subsequent period of growth across the various different divisions of their Cheshire office. The office is now home to Architects, Interior Designers, Heads of Construction, Project Managers and everything in between.

As an Architect here, you will be given full, job-running responsibilities and the opportunity to undertake a strategic role within the office at a critically important time in their growth. You will be working in partnership with internal teams of Designers, project managers and other construction professionals. You will be working predominantly on High-End Residential projects throughout Cheshire and the wider North-West region.

In order to be considered for this role, we would hope you meet the following criteria:

·ARB/RIBA Architect - Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
·High-End Residential experience preferred.
·Software experience preferred: Vectorworks.
·Ability to run projects independently (or with minimal supervision).
·Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
·Be able to work closely with internal teams of Project Managers, Interior Designers and others.

In reward for this fantastic opportunity you will be offered a salary in the region of £35,000-£40,000 dependent on your experience.
