Architectural Revit Technician/Technologist

My client is a multi-disciplinary practice with a variety of diverse projects including: hotels, leisure, workplace, education buildings, technical facilities, and private one-off commissions.

The Revit Technician/Technologist role is part of a large team working on a variety of projects, providing design/technical support and being responsible for assisting in the preparation of design and construction documents .

I am looking to speak with Technicians/ Technologists that are technically proficient and can demonstrate good detailed construction knowledge throughout their portfolio.     

The suitable candidate will be fully proficient in correcting and updating drawings, checking specialist drawings and providing assistance to project teams and other staff members as required on all project phases.   

Experience with Revit is essential with the studio using BIM software on the majority of their projects. Proficiency in 3D Sketchup and V-Ray is also desirable.     

Essential requirements:      

•    Have 3+ years of relevant UK experience
•    Advanced 3D capabilities
•    Architectural or buildings background
•    Strong writing ability
•    Confident and Pro-Active
•    Fluency in both spoken and written English
•    Experience in education and commercial architecture and/or complex technical buildings favourable.
