Architectural Technician

Contract Position - Architectural Technician - 6 Months + - Derby - House Builder - Autodesk Revit - Technical


A renowned National House building company with offices based in Derby are looking for a contractor Architectural Technician to work within their technical department for a minimum of 6 months. The opportunity has become available due to the company rolling out a new group house design portfolio. The team are a friendly group of technically savvy individuals who actively support each other with project workload.

To be considered for this position you will need to have prior experience working in a technically focussed, architecture role using Autodesk Revit for a minimum of 1 year in practice. The role will require you to produce detailed working drawings and 3D Revit models for the portfolio of house types. A proven ability of this will need to be shown in a portfolio of work.

As the successful contractor, you will be remunerated with a competitive hourly rate that is negotiable depending on experience level. You will also have the benefit of a secure longer term contract that may have the potential to turn into a permanent opportunity.
