One of the fastest growing influencers of Manchester's Architectural scene is looking for technical support

Your new company
This high-profile studio based in the heart of Manchester recently opened its doors in the City and has made an immediate impact, securing media-grabbing instructions and gaining the envy of the big names in town. They are part of a wider international group, giving them a stable footing and free rein to challenge large and ambitious competitions, opening doors that may not otherwise be available to smaller practices.

They still manage to keep the small studio feel, with 6 staff in Manchester and growth plans for 10 in the next year, their projects are predominantly in PRS, Student Residential and Commercial sectors.

Your new role
This is a pivotal and integral role in the office, slotting in below the Design Associates, you will be making the magic come alive, delivering a large scale, high profile PRS/Mixed Use scheme, aiding the Associates, meeting the clients, travelling to site, and making sure the practice continues to leap forward.

You will place particular emphasis on technical delivery, so your Revit skills will be tested, as well as your construction knowledge, charisma and ability to get the job done on site.

What you'll need to succeed
You have to be a proven and successful Architectural Technician from a good design pedigree, with demonstrable experience on large UK design schemes. You must have Revit skills and be able to demonstrate these at interview, and be able to manage Revit users, as well as provide technical support to other external consultants.

You'll be ambitious, out-going and talented, and ready to be a vital part of the growth of what is already a household name in Architecture.

What you'll get in return
A perfect chance to show off your Architectural skills, talent and passion, as well as the opportunity to work on some conscientious and aesthetic schemes across the North West. There is a high rate on offer, and the contract is expected to last a minimum of 6 months.
