Document Controller/BREEAM

My client, based in Leeds, are one of the UK's leading developers and they are currently looking for a Document Controller to assist the Construction design team with controlling documentation.


Key Responsibilities

-Coordinating, supporting and archiving all documents/drawings/details within the drawing office.
-Manage drawing issue process including drawings, details, documents, issue sheets, emails.
-Dealing with technical queries and change request procedure.
-Basic AutoCAD knowledge would be an advantage (printing/producing pdfs).
-Final checking of drawings prior to issue.
-Maintaining historic electronic copies of drawings/documents.
-Assist the QS team with documentation and drawings to sub-contractors
-Assist other members of the Construction & Construction Administration Team with controlling & collating documentation to include but not limited to monthly CPM's, Quarterly Health & safety Meetings, O&M's, BREEAM verification.


Having an Architectural background would be advantageous, but not essential

Successful applicants can expect a basic salary of between £25000-30000 and extensive benefits on top of a fun and friendly working environment
