Conrad Consulting are working on behalf of a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to source an ambitious Architect to step into an Architectural Team Leader position in their Billericay office.

The successful Architect will take charge of a team of Architectural Assistants and Technologists to provide architectural design services and project management across multi disciplines. As such, Architects with demonstrable team leader experience within the residential, education and healthcare sectors are encouraged to apply.

The company are experiencing a sustained level of growth and as the Architectural Team Leader you will be expected to undertake business development responsibilities in order to continue driving the practice forward.

Architect Essential Requirements:

• RIBA/ARB Chartered Architect
• Min 5 years experience of working on Architectural projects in the UK
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Revit proficiency would be desirable
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Business development skills
• A drive to succeed and a strong work ethic
