Revit Technician

Your new company
Your new practice are an exciting practice who are currently experiencing rapid growth, based in central Chelmsford. Your new practice are specialists in bespoke new build Residential projects, working for a number of major contractors on a range of projects projects through out the South East.

Your new role
In your new position you will be responsible for producing both planning and working drawings. You will be leading residential and mixed use projects from planning through all subsequent RIBA work stages to completion. Managing the work of a small team, and dealing with all project stakeholders, you will be valued as a key figure within this design practice and will be able drive your career forward.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a successful Architectural Technician, with proven experience working to UK Building Regulations in the delivery of complex and high quality residential projects in the UK. Experience managing and mentoring other members of staff would be beneficial. Proficiency in AutoCAD essential, and knowledge of Revit is of interest as this practice are currently implementing this software.
