An FX award-winning Product Design Studio is seeking an energetic and meticulous Studio Manager to join their office in Central London. If you are a proactive and motivated Studio Manager with three to five of experience in similar role, this could be a great opportunity for you. A diverse and rewarding role including responsibilities such as heading up Studio Coordination, Facilities, HR and Marketing responsibilities at the heart of a creative and fast-paced team!

Key duties as Studio Manager will involve:

  • Administrative support to the directors
  • Manage all matters relating to studio premises
  • Assist with HR-inductions, annual leave, absences and annual reviews
  • Invoicing, preparing project expenses and office expenses
  • Manage marketing campaigns, studio events and award submissions
  • Manage social media content and PR activities

As the sole Creative Support staff in the workplace, your remit will be split between providing first-class PA duties to the busy Founding Directors as well as administrative and project-based support to the wider team. You will also be overseeing a wide breadth of HR needs – liaising with Recruitment agencies, onboarding new starters, managing personnel records and keeping accurate records of staff sickness and holiday.

The ideal applicant will have a solid understanding of financial processes – generating invoices, managing budgets, recording project expenses, reconciling petty cash and experience of project scheduling is preferred.

As well as overseeing daily studio operations, this role requires a Marketing-savvy candidate to embrace the design philosophy and assist with new business activities. You will be project managing marketing campaigns for product launches and award submissions and coordinating industry events for the Practice.

The successful candidate will be familiar with Studio Management in a creative environment. You will excel at building great working relationships with articulate communication skills. Fluency in Microsoft Office is pivotal with a solid skill-set in Photoshop and InDesign.
