Industry-leading Architectural Practice seeks an Experienced and Results-driven Bid Coordinator

An outstanding and industry-leading Architecture Studio requires an engaging Senior Bid Coordinator to implement strategy as well as construct winning documents and proposals. A fast-paced and rewarding role working to tight deadlines, experience of working in a similar role for at least 2 years within the Built Environment is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the Submissions inbox.
• Formulating strategies to help win new projects across a range of sectors.
• Build strong relationships with internal stake holders to produce proposals and presentation materials.
• Overseeing the end to end bid process and ensuring the bid procedures are followed correctly.
• Producing quality bid submissions, reviewing information that is provided for bids to ensure consistency and accuracy.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in managing multi-million pound bids and confident in communicating at all levels, from key stakeholders to projects teams and developers, you will excel at making complex information accessible and exciting. Equally creative and logistical, managing the submissions inbox is vital alongside analysing bid wins/losses to devise improved working strategies and secure future projects. Your fantastic and finely tuned InDesign skills will be used constantly to create high-quality bid submissions. From conception to completion, you will oversee the entire process.
