Architectural Technician / Technologist - Flagship BIM Project

A leading architectural practice is on the lookout for an accomplished individual to work on one of Manchester's most prominent BIM Level 2 projects.

This is a rare opportunity to work on a complex flagship project destined for awards. You will utilise existing Revit (BIM) skills, knowledge and experience, whilst working alongside the industries leading professionals in a spacious open-plan office.

You will be responsible for detailing construction packages and liaising directly with the contractors on-site, working alongside the BIM Manager to take a lead technical role from RIBA Stage 3/4 through to completion on this high value project. You will be working directly with the contractor, architectural, building services and structural teams / consultants to guarantee overall project BIM compliance.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in the UK, ideally with an architectural practice or contractor, working on UK-based commissions with aspirations to work on high value & digitally challenging projects.

This project will encompass workplace, leisure and retail sectors, with future exposure to a range of additional projects. Previous experience in these sectors is highly desired. Revit (BIM) software proficiency is essential, NBS Spec Writer experience desirable.
