Confident and Precise Document Controller for RICS Award-Winning Architecture Firm

A dynamic and progressive Architecture company requires an ambitious Document Controller ready for the next step within a busy design team! This sustainability-led studio with an eminent portfolio of Civic and Cultural projects, is searching for an EDMS-savvy individual aspiring to extend their remit in to Project Coordination.

Working on a high-profile scheme reaching a critical stage, you will be working closely with an Associate to ensure all systems and protocols respond effectively to the changing project needs. This will require a split PA / Document Control / Project Coordination skill-set to implement the arranging of key project meetings (internal and external), liaising with the Finance team on resourcing, using Document Control software to manage drawings and documents as well as remove superseded files. Showcasing an excellent aptitude for organisation, rigour and with a sharp eye for detail, you will be responsible for Quality Assurance controls especially in relation to contractual/legal obligations and issuing information with completed issue/received sheets.

Encompassing traditional administration tasks, writing up agendas, minutes and reports are central to the role (InDesign knowledge is highly desirable). In addition, immaculate proofreading skills will be required for formatting documents and maintaining accurate contact information.

Experience of document numbering, tracking information of contractually deliverable documents, uploading a variety of files types to EDMS and extranet sites is critical.
