Senior Town Planner

Fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Town Planner to join a successful and expanding Planning consultancy within the North West.

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working together with an expanding Town Planning Practice, who through their tailored personal development plan will provide an opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to thrive.

Some of the day to day responsibilities of the successful Senior Town Planer will be: undertaking site visits, liaising with Clients and Planning Authorities, undertaking business development and supporting the team in the preparation of planning applications, appeals and strategic land promotions.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will need to:
·Be a Chartered member of the RTPI
·Have an excellent working knowledge of the UK Planning System
·Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Be able to work independently or part of a team
·Have at least 5 years post qualification experience

On offer to the Successful Candidate is a salary of Circa £30,000 - £40,000 negotiable depending on experience.
