FRAME are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a thriving Design firm based in London. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the studio and manage all of the day to day duties.

As a HR manager previous experience should include knowledge of employment laws and the ability to assist in the creation and implementation of people strategy across the studio. Your responsibilities will include implementing appropriate changes to HR policies, ensuring the policies are communicated effectively and managing budgets.

It is essential with this role to have strong employment law knowledge with a commercial approach to HR with the experience having been gained within an Interiors or Architectural studio or a similar industry.

In return for your skill set, you will have the change to be an integral part of the management team and take your next step to seniority. With a comprehensive benefits package included there is also additional bonuses such as the ability to leave on Fridays at PM between the months of July and August to make the most of your summer.
