Practice Manager required for Outstanding Architectural Practice

Impressive Architectural Practice requires an experienced Practice Manager to step into a new and exciting challenge.

With proven practice management experience, this is a diverse and exciting role for an excellent candidate who can be involved with all areas of the business, from Finance, Resourcing, Facilities and Maintenance, Systems Management, HR and Event Coordination.

Duties include:

• Resource management, ensuring staff are resourced appropriately based on skills, development and budget.
• Budget management and regular reporting of expenditure budgets.
• Maintaining and managing studio systems and assessing room for improvement.
• Coordinating and minute meetings.
• Ensuring actions are followed up.
• Ensuring that the premises are adhering to any statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and kept presentable and tidy always.
• Management of the QA system and coordination of external and internal audits and renewal of certification.
• Recruitment, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding process, training and development of employees.
• Additional HR Administration
• Coordinating staff social and educational activities.

This is a people-orientated role, being the first point of contact for employees for all HR requirements, so experience with employment law and recruitment would be beneficial. You will be managing the Studio Coordinator and work with them and the EA collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the studio and that all health and safety and maintenance checks are up to scratch.
