Job Details
Industry-savvy Studio Coordinator required for MAT Cover (FTC) within a growing architectural practice in buzzing East London. They are looking for someone to be the face of the studio, who can take ownership and control of the day to day running of the practice.
This is a varied role and the successful candidate will be a talented all-rounder, as you will be assisting in all aspects of practice admin. Financial experience, and knowledge of Xero or similar software is essential as you will be assisting with invoicing, purchasing and bank reconciliation. Other responsibilities include updating practice calendars, maintain the studio filing system and greeting visitors and answering the phones, alongside HR for the studio.
You will need excellent organisation and time management, as well as strong IT proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial.
