An Architect job in Surrey working for a newly established residential developers


Your new company

A newly established construction company between the Hampshire/ Surrey border are looking to expand their design team with a self-motivated Architect. This medium sized company cover a number of disciplines within the construction industry and have some exciting plans heading into this year.

Your new role

Working alongside the Technical director you will be working on a range of residential schemes from concept stage through to planning and construction packages within new build developments and refurb projects.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will have proven knowledge using ArchiCAD (or 3D software), at least 3-4 years' experience, confident liaising with external contractors and ability to work to tight deadlines.
