Perfect Opportunity in Prominent Architecture Studio for Maidstone-based Team Assistant

A leading Architecture Practice at the forefront of historically significant design requires a part-time Team Assistant to support three Partners and the wider studio. This is role is for 30-hours a week over a fixed-term contract of 12 months. A unique opening for an experienced Administrator with some Marketing knowledge to make a valuable contribution to an industry-leading name!

As an Assistant, you will be entering in to an incredibly collaborative and tight-knit team ethic. Primarily providing comprehensive PA support to 3 busy Partners, you will be responsible for diary management, scheduling appointments, making travel/accommodation arrangements and taking minutes at project meetings. Proficient across Microsoft Office and ideally InDesign, the successful candidate will be relied upon for preparing presentations and other documents for critical meetings.

A proven touch typer with speeds of 50-60 wpm, exceptional organisation and time-management skills will be essential alongside the ability to communicate effectively with a cross-section of people. Maintaining the electronic filing system will be central to ensuring the studio operates smoothly and a solid working knowledge of EDMS is highly desirable.

Although not essential, being able to demonstrate a confident understanding of Design and the Built Environment is advantageous and would suit an individual with a background in Architecture, Property, Real Estate Development or Creative Industries.
