Technician / Technical Architect - Vectorworks

A design-led and award-winning studio based in quirky east-central are on the lookout for a technician or technical architect experienced in delivering tender packages to join their ranks on an initial contract basis. On offer is the chance to work in a successful and supportive team on a high-end, new build UK commercial project

Key Responsibilities

• Work within an established team to deliver the tender package for a new build commercial project.

Skills and Experience

• Experience working at RIBA stages 5 onwards on hospitality projects.
• Experience in delivering working drawings and technical details for UK commercial.
• Fluency using Vectorworks.
• Must have worked within UK projects previously and have an aptitude for hard work with a high-end design ethos.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
