Job Running Architectural Technician

Are you an experienced Architectural Technician with extensive job running experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity within a well-respected leading Multi-Disciplinary within Derbyshire.

Conrad Consulting are thrilled to be working alongside a design led, technical practice with substantial experience in retail, residential and commercial projects. Through their ongoing Client relationships, they have built up a reputation of completing designs to the highest possible standard. One of these ongoing relationships is with a leading food retailer, and they now require an experienced Project Leader to join their team and help deliver these projects.


The successful Project Leader will be responsible for the day to day running of several retail refurbishment projects. Experience within this sector is therefore desirable.


The successful Project Leader will have:
·excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·the ability to work individually or as part of a team
·excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
·relevant experience in suitable software, predominately AutoCAD.
·a full UK driving licence
·flexibility to travel

This is a Fantastic opportunity to join a large commercial practice and take control of the day to day delivery of projects.
