Technical Project Leader

Stride are presently recruiting for a long established architectural practice with a particular specialism in the residential, master planning and urban design sector who are looking to employ a Technical Project Leader for their riverside studios in Surrey.  

When it comes to housing design, this practice are second to none. Designing for the private and affordable sectors, specialist housing and urban/estate regeneration they have recently won awards in categories for the RIBA awards, Building Awards, National Housing and New London awards amongst many others. 

The role will involve project and team leading on the technical delivery phases of some of London and the UK’s largest residential and residential led mixed-use schemes. The team is multi-award winning and presently 40 strong with a number of medium to large scale projects due to start in the short term. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of experience within the housing sector, with particular strengths in technical delivery. Revit proficiency is a must for this role.

With offices a comfortable 25 minute train journey from Waterloo and equally easy access from across South London and Surrey, this practice are one of the leading lights in the UK Architectural industry.
