Associate Director, Architect, Architecture, Multidisciplinary, Leicestershire

Your new company
A long standing, national, multidisciplinary company are looking to recruit an Associate Director, to head up the Architecture division within their Leicestershire based office.

Your new role
You will lead the Architectural team through the delivery of projects in a variety of sectors. This position will allow you full autonomy on what direction you wish to take the business in. For example, this company work prominently contractor side but if you see it may benefit the company, it will be up to you if you want to take the business in the direction of becoming more client side. You will be responsible for working with an established client basis whilst also bringing in contacts and winning new clients. You will delegate projects and duties to the Architectural team whilst ensuring the delivery of projects run smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you must have a wealth of experience within the delivery of projects and you must have been working at a senior level. As your main focus will be on winning business and continuing to build up an already established client base, it would be desirable if you were able to bring connections you already have to the business. A working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit would be beneficial but it is not a necessity.
