Studio Coordinator with Superb Work Ethic for Inspiring Architecture Studio

An influential Architecture company creating thought-provoking and provocative schemes is searching for a vibrant Studio Coordinator to take charge of all support processes. Based in energetic East London, this role requires an equally creative and pragmatic individual to become an instrumental part of a hard-working and in-demand Design team for a fixed-term contract of 3-6 months.

With an overview of all practice administration, but with a focus on financial management, PA duties and HR procedures, experience of using Accounting software and CMAP will be important and utilised daily. You will be liaising with Senior Management to set budgets and take responsibility for raising invoices, coordinating office purchasing and chasing late payments. Providing front of house support too, you will be answering calls, monitoring the general inbox, directing critical messages accurately and in a timely manner, as well as maintaining the practice calendar with meetings and engagements.

Supporting the team with new business opportunities, the successful candidate will utilise their InDesign knowledge to assist in the production of bid submissions, client presentations and marketing collateral.
