Exacting and Strategic Bids Manager required for Fast-Growing Architectural Studio

Bid Manager required for Award-Winning Studio based in South London. This position would be well-suited to an individual, who currently holds a Bids Manager role, and is looking for a new challenge, excellent studio culture, and an impressive benefits package.

The studio itself produces an impressive array of residential and master planning design. As Bid Manager you will be responsible for solely overseeing the studio’s bids activity and the public sector procurements routes including EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, ITTs, OJEUs. You will be writing, designing and submitting PQQs, bid submissions, competition entries and tenders in line with the company’s values and tone of voice. For this reason, previous experience and knowledge of working in similar roles within the built environment is extremely important – ideally the candidate will have 3 years’ relevant experience!

Content creation and story-telling skills are highly desirable alongside a strategic, tenacious, and commercial mindset. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and business development skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Analytical and creative skills are pivotal to evolve bid responses with a successful commercial mindset.

A fast-paced role, you will be researching potential business opportunities and present them frequently to Senior Management Team.

Seeking a talented individual to interpret briefs to create winning responses. A strong knowledge of InDesign and other Creative Cloud Suite Programmes is also crucial!
