Are you a knowledgeable PA accustomed to a varied and multidisciplinary roster of duties? A celebrated Engineering company is searching for a dedicated PA or Bid Coordinator to provide a range of assistance across tender submissions, general administration and executive support to Directors.

To be considered, you must have experience of preparing PQQs, ITTs and bid documents and ideally, a considered portfolio which demonstrates this. A great working knowledge of InDesign will prove to be essential, with a sharp eye for winning layouts and flawless formatting skills. Coordinating the bid process by liaising with Engineers and project teams will be a daily activity. Above all, you will communicate with understanding about the Built Environment.
