Urban Designer

JTP is an award winning, international placemaking practice of architects and masterplanners.

From our studios in London and Edinburgh we undertake placemaking projects at every scale, from cities and towns, to neighbourhoods, streets and the design of individual buildings.

We are creating urban extensions and new neighbourhoods at both outline planning and detailed design stages and are looking to recruit talented urban designers who are as excited as we are about the creation of new sustainable places.

Ideally candidates will hold an Urban Design qualification or be qualified by experience having worked on large scale masterplanning and urban regeneration projects in the UK. A background in architecture is highly desirable but not essential. Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills are important.

Salary rates for an experienced worker: £32,100 per annum
