Partner - Architecture

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice to recruit an Architectural Partner to join their burgeoning Leicester Office. This role will suit an experienced Architect already operating at Associate level or above, seeking the next step in their career.

This international company have over 600 members of staff worldwide, with core disciplines including Architecture, Project Management, Building Surveying, Planning and Civil & Structural Engineering. They have long established a reputation for designing and delivering inspiring and high-quality concepts across a wide range of sectors. Traditionally this has included a mixture of Education, Residential and Industrial projects of varying values.

This Partner level position is best suited to an experienced Architect with an exceptional academic and career record. Other requirements include:

·RIBA Qualified/ARB Registered Architect
·Upwards of 10 years post qualification experience
·Project delivery experience across all RIBA Stages
·Demonstrable detailed construction knowledge & technical skills
·Fully proficient in REVIT
·Confident in briefing and presenting to clients
·Excellent communication skills, plus confidence and organisation skills

The successful Partner/Associate will deliver innovative solutions for clients whilst developing and strengthening the dynamic Architectural Team, throughout the entire Architectural Discipline. Other duties include but are not limited to:

·Responsible for growing the Architectural Team
·Manage existing clients & develop further opportunities
·Day-to-day support to all colleagues of all disciplines
·Represent the company at external meetings
·Responsible for working to budget, project profitability, and negotiating fee proposals
·Work alongside professionals from all other disciplines, developing a complete view of the construction industry

A superb salary and benefits package is on offer to the successful candidate for this Partner role, and will include the following:

·Salary in the region of £60,000-£80,000 dependant on experience
