Architectural Technologist

Conrad Consulting are working with an award winning Architectural Practice based in Market Harborough that require an Architectural Technologist to assist in delivering an ever-expanding workload.

This medium sized practice focus heavily on high quality design, and although based in Leicestershire, they design and manage projects nationwide.

Projects are within the predominantly within the Healthcare and Residential sectors, however they also work on Commercial & Leisure projects. Experience within these sectors is therefore beneficial. Other requirements for this Architectural Technologist role include:

*Relevant Technical Qualification - Degree / HNC / HND
*At lest 5 years post qualification experience
*ArchiCAD knowledge advantageous
*Creative Flair Strong and Design & Technical Abilities
*Job Running Experience
*Excellent communication & organisational skills
*Able to work within a team, offering leadership when required

Salary offered is between £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits.
