Architectural Technician

Architectural practice in Gloucester is looking for experienced Architectural Technicians for immediate start

Your new company
A busy and fast expanding Studio that has offices across South West and South Wales and work across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, sports and leisure amongst others. They are looking to grow their team due to high levels of work being won and project demand being as high as ever.

Your new role
You will be working amongst a team of Architects and Technologists and will yourself be a Technician / Technologist. You will be involved with construction drawings and detailing as well as site involvement ensuring projects are completed on time and to design and budget.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years UK Architecture experience with experience of UK building regulations and planning requirements along with experience of AutoCAD and ideally exposure to Revit. You will be able to work in UK without any visa restrictions and will be able to show a portfolio of work you have been involved in across recent projects. You will ideally have had experience within commercial or education projects.
