Architectural Technician/Technologist (Retail)

I am currently working with an international award-winning architectural practice in Middlesex on their fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join their Architectural team, specifically within the Retail team.

My client has a strong reputation in the architectural industry with offices internationally and they are consistently bidding and winning desirable projects in a variety of sectors.

This opportunity in the retail Architecture team will see the Architectural Technician reporting to an Associate, the candidate will also be responsible for the effective management of the client as well as the internal account team.

I am looking to speak with technically focused and highly motivated candidates, that are well-organised, confident when working and speaking with clients, and are comfortable leading and managing small teams.

Experience throughout the plan of work from RIBA 0-7 is ideal, with strong construction and technical knowledge being essential. Suitable applicants will have in the region of 5 years’ experience, ideally within retail and or food & beverage sectors.

Experience in the use of Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
