Inspiring Architecture Studio requires Finance and Operations Manager

A buzzing East London Architectural Studio with a notable presence in the industry requires a Finance and Operations Manager to join fantastic team!

The successful candidate will be confident and diligent, with a genuine passion for the industry, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in senior management roles will be essential as the successful candidate will hit the ground running and be expected to start developing systems and processes to ensure smooth daily running of the practice.

Duties will be diverse and broad, encompassing HR, Finance, Business Development, Facilities and IT Systems responsibilities. Experienced and knowledgeable, you will be working closely with the Director to develop business strategies and carry out project reporting and financial analysis to monitor and enhance financial activity. The successful candidate must be finance-savvy and be prepared to produce monthly reports and cash flow forecasts.

The successful candidate will also possess fantastic interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships, and bring enthusiasm and energy to the role. Substantial and detailed knowledge of finance and HR processes within a design practice context is crucial, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce detailed reports and engaging presentations.
